The Early Achievement Award celebrates members who have distinguished themselves early in their CPA career, with an emphasis on professional accomplishment. The Award is presented to a member in good standing who demonstrates achievement and an ongoing commitment to excellence in their professional and/or community within the first ten years of membership.

For distinguishing himself early in his CPA career through professional achievement and volunteer service, with an emphasis on professional accomplishment, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Prince Edward Island is pleased to recognize David Arsenault, CPA, with this Early Achievement Award.

In just five years of owning and operating Arsenault Properties, David has successfully managed dozens of real estate transactions, navigated the complexities of project financing through both government and private lenders, and built an impressive portfolio of over $70 million in assets.

David participated in a series of advertisements by the CPA Atlantic School of Business about the value of the CPA designation. David emphasized the rapid career progression that the CPA designation can facilitate, even at a young age; that it grants individuals the credibility and recognition they need to advance in their organizations.

David's commitment to his community is equally remarkable. His generosity is evident at countless local events, fundraisers, and even on the backs of youth hockey jerseys proudly displaying the Arsenault name. In addition to his dedicated service on the CPAPEI and PEI Literacy Alliance Boards, David has recently extended his expertise to the City of Summerside as a member of the Mayor's Task Force on Attainable Housing. His involvement is a clear testament to the respect he has earned within the community.
