The 8th Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Prince Edward Island will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
The in-person meeting will be held at the Rodd Charlottetown Hotel.
Those who register to attend online will receive a meeting link to join via Facebook livestream the day before the meeting. (Facebook account not required).
Members may attend the AGM virtually but are not able to vote; only those in attendance physically will be included in the quorum.

The Nominating Committee Report is available on our website. As per By-law 20(b), nominations by those other than those proposed by the Nominating Committee will be allowed if presented in writing to the Chair, Dennis Carver, or Registrar, Tanya O’Brien, at least five days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
